Grill’d Workers United is a member-run campaign made up of Grill’d team members from stores across Australia, associated with the United Workers Union. We work together to ensure every Grill’d worker understands their rights, is treated fairly, and has a real voice in shaping our workplaces.

The 2025 Enterprise Agreement
The new Grill’d Enterprise Agreement (2025) sets higher pay rates, penalty rates, and clearer rights for every team member. It was approved only after Grill’d workers and the United Workers Union pushed for key improvements to fairness and safety.
Above-award pay
All Grill’d workers are guaranteed rates above the national fast-food award.
Penalty rates restored
Weekend work now attracts a higher rate of pay.

Includes the right to disconnect and quarterly reconciliation.
