GWU is not a union. We are an independent, worker-run network of Grill'd workers. Formal union membership and representation comes separately through the United Workers Union.

You do not need to be a delegate to make a difference. Stay connected, share resources, become a workplace contact, help build campaigns or support workers through issues.
The importance of unions
Information helps. Membership changes the balance of power. Joining UWU is a separate step workers can take to access formal union representation, bargaining and support.
GWU is independent from UWU.
